A profiled reed (50% finished) on Premium Cane. Your choice of staple and shape. Needs refinement by an experienced reed maker. Has not been played. Perfect for intermediate reed makers.
Please specify the following preferences in writing:
Shape options: Mack+ (recommended), Brannen X.
Standard Staple: The Reed Whisperer Standard Staple. 46.5mm, brass, medium thick walls, premium natural cork, and a bore designed for an ideal balance between airflow and resistance.
Student Staple: A custom-made staple identical to the Standard Staple, but with a synthetic cork. No difference in performance.
Other staple options: Guercio, Chiarugi 2, Chiarugi 5, Pisoni, Stevens, any staple below $6 readily available in the USA (extra fees may apply!)
